A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Wendi Molina (NMLS #2334590) brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. In her 30 years of Real Estate, she has been an Agent, a Mortgage Loan Officer, and a Transaction Coordinator. Wendi’s experience and attention to detail make her a great choice to help borrowers with the most important transaction of their lives.
Wendi served as past Co-President of the San Diego Association of Transaction Coordinators, and continues to be heavily involved in supporting the industry through education. She has been teaching and training Transaction Coordinators for 15 years. Her legacy lives on in the Fundamentals of Transaction Coordination course that is still taught by the California Association of Realtors®.
Wendi has lived in San Diego for over 30 years, has a BS from San Diego State University and is deeply rooted in the community. In her spare time, you can find her hiking, traveling and in search of great wine.
